St Luke’s Family Practice to deliver medical services in Shire of West Arthur
The Shire of West Arthur is pleased to announce that St Luke’s Family Practice from Katanning has been engaged to provide medical services in Darkan, commencing on Friday, 27 September.
Dr Segun Olumide will deliver General Practitioner (GP) services weekly, encompassing general medical consultations, chronic disease management, health assessments, immunisations, and workplace medicals. His expertise includes mental health and wellbeing, men’s health, chronic disease, community health and skin conditions.
A practice nurse providing support for chronic disease management and other specialised services will visit once a month.
Shire President, Cr Neil Morrell, said, “I am pleased to say that the delivery of medical services in Darkan has been assured for three years, with the potential to extend it to nine years. Access to quality medical services is extremely important to the community, and the Shire has ensured these services into the future”.
