Notice pursuant to Schedule 6.3 of the Local Government Act 1995 of sale of land for non-payment of outstanding rates or service charges.
Notice is hereby given that, under section 6.64 of the Local Government Act 1995, as rates/service charges have been owing for a period of at least 3 years the Shire of West Arthur is to offer for sale by public auction at the Shire of West Arthur offices located at 31 Burrowes Street, DARKAN WA on the 12 August 2023 at 2pm the land described below.
